Meet our Board Members

Martin comes to TOADS with the business acumen to keep us on track.  As a successful business entrepreneur himself, he will bring operational expertise, keen oversight, and the  financial know-how to keep TOADS on the right track.   

Anne is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (L.C.S.W.) in NJ.  She started her career with the Summit School in  Nyack, NY, a school that serves children with special needs.  She worked in special education for 28 years, as well as in private practice, specializing in family therapy.  Anne will be a great asset.  

Pam comes to TOADS with over 25 years in sales and marketing.  She is passionate about getting and keeping those with Developmental Differences employed.  She knows first had how smart this population is and that they are quite capable of being a great asset to any organization.  She will continue to nurture and grow each and every TOAD member that joins the team to ensure they acquire the necessary work and life skills to make them successful!
